Lucy Kenefick

Hi! I’m Lucy Kenefick, a fitness and wellness coach with over 15 years in the health industry and a deep passion for educating women on nutrition, movement, and overall well-being, especially through the challenging years when our bodies change and we don’t quite understand it.

I am passionate about women’s health because I’ve seen and felt firsthand the impact that proper nutrition and movement can have on a woman’s well-being. From energy levels to mood, strength, and confidence, these factors play a huge role in our quality of life—especially as we age. I want to empower women to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies by offering the guidance and support they need to thrive through every stage of life.

Through NuMe, I want to create a safe space for women, that not only informs but also inspires you to embrace your true potential, giving you guidance and practical and sustainable health tools to do just that.

When life is busy, women tend to put themselves last. Now is the chance to take back some time and energy for yourself and create a healthier and happier behaviours for yourself today, that will impact positively on your future. It is never too late.

I am a certified fitness trainer, nutrition coach and menopause coaching specialist. I am always learning, engaging and improving my skills set to better help my clients.
