  • I see movement as a vital foundation for lifelong wellness, especially for women in midlife. My movement services are designed to empower you to feel stronger, more flexible, and better connected to your body’s needs. I integrate various types of movement—mobility exercises, resistance training, cardio, and body awareness practices—to create a well-rounded approach that meets you where you are and evolves with your goals.

    Mobility exercises keep your joints healthy and functional, helping you move with ease and avoid stiffness. NuMe is a collective for women dedicated to providing education, empowerment, and empathy to support individuals on their individual journey through life.

I’m passionate about women’s health because I’ve seen firsthand the impact that proper nutrition and movement can have on a woman’s well-being. From energy levels to mood, strength, and confidence, these factors play a huge role in our quality of life—especially as we age. I want to empower women to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies by offering the guidance and support they need to thrive through every stage of life.

Women have an often challenging and ultimately a life changing journey to take from perimenopause through menopause into post menopause, which you are in for the rest of your life. Knowing this is important in how you approach your lifestyle and work to reduce disease and illnesses in later life. What you do today will pay you dividends in the future!

So, with this in mind, it is important to embrace the changes that come with this stage of your life - they are a part of your unique story.
